Sherri Miller is the Youth Prevention Specialist at Tri-County Mental Health Services. She received her Doctorate of Education in Teaching and Leadership from the University of Kansas and served 30 years as a teacher and administrator in the public school systems in Missouri, retiring in 2017. Her passion has always been working with youth, providing guidance and support as they grow and navigate through the challenges of their lives. Sherri works closely with the student-led, Youth With Vision coalition to help student leaders from 17 school district in Clay, Platte, and Ray counties create and maintain drug free communities.
In addition to her work with Youth With Vision, Sherri works closely with the school districts providing trainings to students, staff, and parents in substance use, mental health, and the nationally recognized SOS: Signs of Suicide program.
