Margo has been with Partners in Prevention for a little over one year and works with statewide programs related to impaired driving, suicide prevention, collegiate recovery programs, and more. Evidence-Based Strategies to Prevent Suicide in Colleges and Universities

Suicide is the second leading cause of death among college aged students in the United States. Colleges and universities may struggle to meet the mental health needs of students and provide resources for students experiencing suicidal thoughts or attempts. This presentation will cover the basics of suicide prevention for college students and provide you with tools and resources to implement effective strategies for this population.
